As Daryl Eastlake would say “it’s a HUGE weekend in sport”

It sure is a massive weekend in sport this weekend, grand finals, test matches, grudge matches, playoffs, retirements. It’s hard to keep up sometimes, but it’s so worth it.

Let’s start with the mighty horse Black Caviar. The syndicate got together and decided it was time for retirement. 25 straight group 1 wins are pretty impressive, so you can say that Black Caviar really does deserve the time off.

Off to the A-League and it’s grand final time! The Western Sydney Wanderers in their first season will face off against the Central Coast Mariners. The teams have faced each other 3 times this season, they have won a game each and drawn once. It’s going to be a great match to watch, who’s going to win? Tough to say, but we’re hoping the Wanderers win the GF in their first year.

The NBA playoffs are here and we are a little excited. Sure it’s hard to go past the Heat wining the whole thing, but hey the Thunder could give them a good run for their money this year. There are some great first round match ups in the playoffs, the one that stands out the most to us and one we’ll be watching closely is the Knicks vs the Celtics. It’s a grudge match to say the least and one definitely worth paying some attention too. We’ll be keeping you informed about the goings on in the NBA playoffs, so if you love this game, stay tuned.

A Big grudge match is brewing in the Super Rugby. The Reds will take on the Brumbies, these teams are the 2 top teams in the Aussie divison and it’s going to be one hell of a tough match. The Reds are pretty much at full strength, so you should well know this would be a great game to watch.

Anzac day is fast approaching which means one of the biggest games in the AFL is almost here. The Bombers vs The Pies, they are always classic matches and this has the making to be another corker of a match. If you’re lucky enough to have a tix to this match, enjoy the ride.

Anzac day also means its Test match time in the NRL. The Kangaroos are set to clash with the Kiwi’s and I can’t wait. When these two teams face each other you know your going to be witnessing one hell of bruising encounter. The Kiwi’s are a little undermanned, they are missing Benji Marshall and Sonny Bill Williams and the Roo’s pretty much have a full strength side. But never under estimate the Kiwi’s, they are the world cup champs after all.

We just thought it was worth mentioning how hot Maria Kirilenko is!

Also god bless those Lingerie Football Ladies!
